39th Release - The Last

Denne rom stammer fra det lukkede destilleri Caroni, der lå i Trinidad.
Habitation Velier har opkøbt en del fade fra den gang destilleriet lukkede,
som de så frigiver løbende i takt med rommene er klar.

Destilleret i 1996 og er et blend af 24 fade "Heavy" Caroni rom, som Luca Gargano købte i 2008.

Rommen har lageret i 23 år i Caribien og har haft en angelsshare på hele 85%

"This is the last bottling from the huge stock that I had the great fortune to discover
on the 9th of December 2004 in the aging warehouse of the Caroni Distillery.
I left them in their resting place to mature in the tropical climate of Trinidad and then in Guyana,
following my idealistic dream. This is a blend of 24 heavy rum barrels, bottled at full proff"
